2. Products and Orders

  • Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of all jewelry items. However, due to the nature of handmade and made-to-order pieces, slight variations in design or appearance may occur.
  • Made-to-Order: All jewelry is custom-made upon order. Due to this, each piece is non-returnable and non-exchangeable once it has been created and shipped. Please refer to our Cancellations & Returns Policy for more details.
  • Order Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, orders cannot be canceled as production will have begun.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • Pricing: All prices listed on the Site are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Taxes, shipping fees, and other charges are added during checkout.
  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods as indicated during checkout. By submitting your payment, you confirm that the payment information provided is accurate and valid.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping: We currently ship only to the lower 48 states of the U.S. All jewelry is insured during shipping. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details on shipping times and fees.
  • Production Time: As each piece is made to order, delivery times typically range from 2 to 5 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design. You will receive updates on your order's progress.
  • Delivery: Once shipped, delivery times will depend on the shipping method selected and the delivery location. Tracking information will be provided for your convenience.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

  • Returns and Exchanges: Due to the made-to-order nature of our jewelry, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped. Please refer to our Cancellations & Returns Policy for further details.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations are no longer possible, as production will have started.

6. Account Responsibilities
